Shipping Information

We ship orders via UPS only. FREE SHIPPING on UPS ground orders over $150.00 within the Continental United States. We offer upgraded shipping(additional shipping fees apply). Shipping upgrades include: 3 day select, second day air, next- day air and next-day air, Saturday delivery (if shipped on a Friday overnight).

International Shipping:  Perfectgroomsmengifts will ship to Canada and other International destinations via UPS only. This may incure customs and/or duties based on the specific country shipping to. We are not responsible for these fees or any other fees applied to international shipments. We will provide tracking information on shipments sent via UPS.

Please email us with a postal code to get a shipping cost. Please include the product(s) to be shipped.

REQUESTING A RUSH ORDER  If you need your order right away, we offer rush processing. Your gift order will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday). All orders including rush orders put in Friday after 12:00pm will be processed the following Monday. A fee of $25.00 is added for rush orders. This will expedite processing time only. Rush orders received after 12:00pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Please upgrade your shipping as well if needed.

SHIPPING TIME  Engraved gift orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Although our production team can accommodate most circumstances, please place orders as far in advance as possible. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been received without a $25.00 change fee (provided your order has not already gone into production). Please double check your orders prior to submitting. All orders ship via UPS ground unless a shipping upgrade has been selected.

CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER   Once your order is received it will be considered ‘in processing’ as we process our orders very quickly.  Once your order is in processing any changes will incur a change fee of $25.00 per order.  Changes include but are not limited to product, ship type, address, added fees, product additions, etc. 

RETURNING PRODUCTS  Personalized products can not be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as perfectgroomsmengifts.com cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
